Shipping preparation

When every item in an order is in stock, we normally ship within two business days. Built-to-order, special-order, backordered, freight, and mixed-item orders can take longer.

Carrier transit time depends on the destination, service, package, and product availability. Shipping rates and available services are shown during checkout or confirmed with you for orders that require a custom freight quote. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless we confirm one in writing.

Return authorization

Contact us and receive prior approval before sending any product back. An unauthorized return may be refused. Return eligibility and instructions are confirmed during the approval process because some products are special-order, configured, electrical, or built for a specific application.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying return shipping. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the product and its condition.

To request authorization, use our contact page and include your order number, the product, the reason for the request, and clear photos when relevant. Do not ship a return until you receive instructions from our team.
